Female Bodybuilding Art

The history of body building is a long one. The art of body building was not known or may have not even existed before the 19th century. Its peak and popularity came about in the 1880 to 1930, when it was first introduced by Eugen Sandow. Eugen Sandow is named as the Father of body building.

It was not until the 1970's that the female population was introduced, or generally participated in body building. When women started the female bodybuilding art became very popular at that time. Too much muscle in women is still not considered as desirable. What you see in the pictures of bodybuilding is not how you will look like everyday. In competitions of the female bodybuilding art, women are oiled. Oil helps to make the body shine and emphasizes the muscles formed through rigid training and appropriate diet.

If you envision your self looking like professional female bodybuilders, then you could not be more wrong; because unfortunately some of them actually use anabolic Steroids to beef up.

No, the female bodybuilding art will not increase the cup size or width of you twins. Our breasts are made of fatty tissues so it is unlikely that it will increase in size through weight training. Perhaps the greatest fear is that if you stop you will gain weight; and you might but it depends on you.
